Controls are terrible

The developers should have improved and done more Q&A in the user interface and controls. You can tell someone in product management dropped the ball and released a incomplete product. The controls are terrible in ether the stand up position or the landscape position. I dont know what users they tested with - they must have had toddler fingers. Wake up developers.
